The purpose of Site Planning is to configure and arrange buildings, landscaping, utilities, and vehicular and pedestrian access on a site. Efficient site planning starts from an analysis of what will fit on a site “as of right” and then through an iterative process to optimize what is needed and what is desired while improving the utility of the overall site design. Our team of architects and engineers work together with Owners and contractors to achieve cost effective site layouts.
